溶胶凝胶—液相包裹法制备纳米ZTM/SiCp复合粉末

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶=液相包裹法制备纳米ZTM/SiCp复合粉末,该复合粉末的组成分布均匀,颗粒呈球状,粒度分布窄且无明显硬团聚体出现,氧化锆和莫来石粉 粒径约为10-15nm。

Abstract:This paper describes the preparation of ZTM/SiCp ultrafine powders by the sol gel and coating coprecipitation methods. It is found that the powder is homogeneous in components and the distribution of particle size is narrow. There are no observable hard agglomerates. The average size of mullite and zirconia is less than 15 nm.
