| 摘 要： | 文章通过对爱丁堡城市空间以及传统聚落的分析,指出国内城市空间存在的问题,并以2个设计方案(C-House,南京仙林大学城中心正城市设计)为实例,提出并探讨了最大化建筑和用地的可穿越性的设计原则,以及由此对城市空间的影响及为其带来的活力。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the public access in the City of Edinburgh and traditional villages,the existing problems in the domestic city space are pointed out.Then by taking the design of C-House and the central area of Nanjing Xianlin University Town as examples,maximized construction and the design principle of the public access as well as the influence on the city space are discussed. |
