| 摘 要： | 某公司年产30万吨乙烯装置配备了两台开工锅炉(位号为U-BF1201A/B),随着该公司年产45万吨乙烯装置改扩建的建成投产,因没有增加开工锅炉,蒸汽平衡问题尤为突出。通过蒸汽平衡分析可知,新增减温减压器BG902B一台,即可实现整个乙烯装置的蒸汽平衡,该项目实施后为装置的安全稳定生产做出了巨大贡献。

| Abstract: | Having an ethylene plant with an annual production of 300,000 ton, a company used to be equipped with two start-up boilers (U-BF1201A/B), as the company has revamped the plant and enlarged its production capacity to 450,000 ton without increasing the number of start-up boilers, the steam balance is becoming an acute problem. According to a steam balance analysis,just adding one temperature & pressure reducing device typed by BG902B could realize the steam balance in the whole ethylene plant, the completion of this project made great contribution to the safe and stable production. |
