| Abstract: | Based on the field study in Jiangzhou, a catholic village in Jinxiu county of Guangxi Province, this paper makes a detailed study on the reciprocal behaviors of the local peasant Catholics. As a special exchanging system in the society, the reciprocal behaviors of peasant Catholics in China have dual characteristics of Chinese traditional culture and Catholicism on its driving power, operational rules, culture significance, functions and transitional process. |
