摘    要:建立了分析纤维增强树脂基复合材料层合板在横向低速冲击作用下损伤和变形行为的有限元模型.针对铺层板的层内损伤,在采用应变描述的Hashin失效准则的基础上,建立了单层板的逐渐累积损伤本构模型;针对铺层板的层间脱层损伤,使用界面单元模拟层间粘接区域,在采用力与相对位移表示的材料模型的基础上,建立了各向同性脱层损伤模型,通过结合传统的应力失效准则和断裂力学中的能量释放率准则定义界面损伤演化规律.计算模型通过有限元软件ABAQUS/Explicit的材料模型用户子程序实现.使用该计算模型对铺层方式为(04,904)S的碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料层合板在不同横向低速冲击作用下的损伤和变形行为进行预测分析,并将数值仿真结果与试验结果进行了比较,验证了所提出模型的正确性.

Abstract:A finite element analysis model was established for simulating the fiber reinforced composite laminated plates under transversely low-velocity impact.Employing a strain-based failure criterion,that was modified from Hashin failure criterion,as well as the concept of progressive stiffness degradation to model the intralaminar failure.The glue material between two laminas is modeled by using traction-separation-based interface elements.An isotropic damage constitutive law is introduced and the degradation of the interface stiffness is established.A damage surface which combines stress-based and fracture-mechanicsbased failure criterion is set up to derive the damage evolution law.Both the intralaminar and delamination models are implemented into a commercial finite element code,ABAQUS/Explicit,via its user subroutine VUMAT.Numerical prediction is carried out on(0_4,90_4)_S carbon-epoxy laminate plates due to transversely low velocity impact.A good agreement between experimental results and numerical results is obtained.
