焊接结构的金属磁记忆检测

摘    要:
应用金属磁记忆检测方法,对焊接构件的法向和切向残余磁场强度进行了检测和分析.结果表明,法向残余磁场强度过零点处切向残余磁场强度最大,该方法可以检测焊接结构的残余应力分布.并通过对硬度的测定及其与抗拉强度的换算,得到硬度、抗拉强度与法向残余磁场强度的关系,即硬度高的地方,抗拉强度大,残余磁场强度梯度也大.研究认为可以通过对铁磁构件法向残余磁场强度的检测,得出硬度和抗拉强度的分布情况.

Abstract:
This paper introduces the test and analysis of the residual magnetic intensities of welding parts in the normal direction and tangential direction by metal magnetic memory testing method.The results show that the residual magnetic intensities in the tangential direction are maximum when the normal residual magnetic intensities are zero.The method allows the distribution of remained stress to be tested for welded structural parts.The relation of rigidity,tensile strength and normal residual magnetic intensit...
