摘    要:介绍了基于映射思想的柔性制造系统(FMS)的着色Petri网建模及仿真程序的设计方法.根据FMS硬件系统的组成,将FMS硬件单元分为五大设备类;各类信息及信息传递分别映射为相应的Petri网的库所、变迁状态;包含不同信息类型的库所、变迁映射为仿真程序的数据成员及成员函数.采用这种映射机制对FMS系统的建模容易理解、易于实现,且能使仿真程序的编制更加方便.该方法使得对复杂的柔性制造系统的分析和设计变得更加清晰、直观.
