| 摘 要： | 从土地定级的技术路线出发,通过对作用于土地上能体现土地区位差异的经济、社会、自然条件因素的分析,探讨了福清市区土地定级的有关理论与方法的应用.借助GIS手段并结合实际把福清市区土地划分为6个级别,旨在为福清市制定新一轮基准地价提供参考.
