文科学术评价的若干思考

针对当前文科学术评价所暴露出来的种种问题和争论,从学术评价标准、学术规范和学术环境、学术评价自身的规范性等3个方面进行了分析,指出坚持评价标准的学术性,建立＂元评价＂机制和规范评价操作,是解决当前文科学术评价问题的根本途径。

Considerations about the Academic Evaluation on Humanities and Social Sciences Research

In the light of various problems and argues about the current academic evaluation on humanities and social sciences,this paper makes the analysis on three aspects of the academic evaluation criterion,the academic norm and academic environment,and the normalization of academic evaluation,and points out that insisting on the academic criterion for academic evaluation,setting up the ＂meta-evaluation＂ mechanism and normalizing the operation of the academic evaluation are the basic ways for solving the current academic evaluation on humanities and social sciences.
