Abstract:This paper reviews detection methods for detection of salmonella in animal food from three aspects that is traditional technique , immunology techniques and PCR techniques. Emphasis was laid on immunology techniques and PCR techniques , which developed rapidly in the detection of salmonella in recent years due to their sensitivity and specificity.
