切顶卸压沿空留巷技术研究及应用

摘    要:针对留设区段煤柱护巷引起的资源浪费、煤柱集中应力、采空区发火等问题,结合东荣三矿东八里部-500水平8~#煤层地质情况,进行切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱护巷技术研究。常规沿空留巷护巷时,护巷体(矸石墙、充填、木剁)常受采空区顶板的悬臂压力影响,导致巷道变形严重甚至顶板破坏。该研究在深孔爆破技术基础上,采用理论研究、切顶参数设计等方法,在工作面超前进行沿空巷道顶板的预先深孔爆破,实现人工切顶,降低了护巷体所承受的顶板压力,形成切顶卸压沿空留巷技术。该技术解决了东荣三矿生产接续紧张、沿空巷道顶板控制难题,提高了矿井资源回收率,对沿空留巷技术应用有着参考借鉴意义。

Abstract:Aimed at eliminating the problems,such as resource waste,coal pillar stress concentration,and goaf ignition,due to the segment pillar-protected roadway,this paper is a study of the non-pillar mining technology marked by pressure relief due to roof cutting in the roadway along gob,as is required by the geological conditions of Dongrong No.3 colliery east eighth unit-500 level 8# coal seam.The application of conventional way for retaining gob-entry tends to leave the roadway support (gangue wall,filling and wood chopping) vulnerable to cantilever pressure of the gob roof,causing the serious deformation of the roadway and the consequent damage to the roof.Based on deep hole blasting technology and combined with theoretical research and cutting parameter design,the study consists of performing the deep hole blasting ahead of time against the roof of gob-entry roadway in the working face and achieving the artificial roof cutting,thus reducing the roof pressure acting on roadway-protecting structure and culminating in a so-called pressure relief by roof cutting,defined as one of gob-entry retaining technologies.The method,with the proven ability of eliminating the problems,such as continuously intense production and poor control of roof of gob-entry roadway,and of improving the resource recovery rate,as in Dongrong No.3 colliery may serve as a reference to application of the gob-entry retaining technology.
