辽宁省旅游行政管理部门人力资源开发初探

摘    要:辽宁省旅游人力资源尤其是旅游行政管理部门人力资源开发滞后,严重影响到辽宁省旅游资源的开发和旅游产业的发展。辽宁省旅游行政管理部门应根据“中国旅游业‘十五’人才规划纲要”中的工作原则要求,从健全辽宁省旅游人力资源管理与开发系统、建立旅游人力资源市场体系与考试培训体系、构建学习型管理组织与竞争激励机制、规范旅游行政管理人员的在职教育以及建立有效的宏观调控与监督机制入手,解决辽宁省旅游行政管理部门人力资源开发滞后的问题。

Abstract:Tourism personnel resources development in Liaoning province,especially in the administrative offices,lags behind,which seriously affects the development of tourist resources and tourist industry.The traveling administration department of Liaoning province must solve the problem through the improvement of administrative and developing system,the establishment of the resource market system and examination and training system,the building of an administrative organization and a competitive and stimulating mechanism of learning style,the standardizing tourism administration personnel in office educates and the establishment of an effective micro-regulating and supervising mechanism,according to the principle of "The Summary of The Tenth Five-year Talented People Plan of Chinese Tourism".
