元胞自动机模拟技术是研究复杂社会经济系统的一种有效方法。在分析、总结区域市场零售业连锁经营发展特点的基础上,建立了连锁网点选址与布局的市场吸引力模型,运用元胞自动机模拟技术,并以Matlab中的结构体对象为演化变量,进行区域市场连锁网点选址与布局的仿真研究。通过对不同模拟结果的分析,验证了区域市场零售业连锁网络扩张的规律,为零售业的连锁发展提供参考。

Study on the Layout and Position Simulation of Retail Chain-Stores in a Regional Market Based on Cellular Automata

Cellular Automata (CA) is an effective technique used to study complicated social and economical system. This paper first set up a marketing attraction model for the layout and position of retail chain-stores based on the analysis of the developing characteristics in a regional market, and then made use of CA to simulate the developing process of chain-stores in the regional market, with the structural objects in Matlab as evolutionary variables. Through the different simulation results, we verified the expansion rules of the retail chain-stores in the regional market, and provided some references for the development of chain-stores.
