摘    要:以2,6-二溴-4-氨基吡啶为起始原料,经过亲核取代,重氮化合成了新型时间分辨荧光免疫分析双功能螯合剂中间体2,6-二(3-甲基-1-H-吡唑)-4-溴吡啶化合物。结构通过IR,MS,^1HNMR和元素分析等确证,对合成条件及反应机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:With 2,6-dibromo-4-amino pyridine as raw material,by means of nucleophilic substitution and diazotization-sandmeyer reaction,a new time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay analysis bifunctional chelate intermediate 2,6-bis(3-methyl-pyrazol-1-yl)-4-bromopyridine is prepared.Its structure is verified with IR,~1HNMR,GC-MS and element analysis,and both the systemization conditions and reaction mechanics are studied.
