固定化酵母发酵废糖蜜生产酒精

摘    要:利用包埋与吸附固定化方法 ,采用不同的包埋剂和添加剂制备固定化细胞 ,发酵甘蔗废糖蜜生产酒精。试验表明 ,固定化细胞发酵糖蜜产酒精率高于游离细胞。其中海藻酸钠包埋法为一种较好固定方法 ,发酵 48h产酒率较游离细胞高出 8 72 %。添加剂Al2 O3 和麸皮的使用可使产酒率略有提高 ,并可改善凝胶珠机械强度。

Abstract:In this paper, various methods of immobilization、Carriers and additives for immobilized Yeast cells were studied in ethanol fermentation from molasses. The result showed that the ethanol productivity of the immobilized cells was higher than dissociate cells. Alginate gel of seaweed was a better carrier, ethanol productivity increased about 8 72% than dissociate cells after 48 h. Furthermore, Al 2O 3 and Bran were used to improve the ethanol productivity, enhance the mechanical structure and the life of the particles.
