超高分子量聚乙烯与45钢的摩擦磨损特性研究

摘    要:在MMW-1万能摩擦磨损试验机上完成了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)与45钢的摩擦磨损试验,研究了载荷和转速对其摩擦磨损特性的影响.结果表明:UHMWPE与45钢对磨时,20N、320r/min试验条件下摩擦系数最小,为0.04;50N、320r/min试验条件下摩擦系数最大,为0.81;相对轻载低速条件下主要存在磨粒磨损,相对重载高速条件下主要存在粘着磨损。

Abstract:The friction and wear test between the ultrahign molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) and 45 steel is finished on the MMW-1 universal friction and wear tester.The effects of speed and load on the friction and wear properties of UHMWPE is studied.The results show that when the friction and wear happened between UHMWPE and 45 steel,the minimum friction coefficient is 0.04 under the conditions of speed of 320r/min and the load of 20 N;and the maximum friction coefficient is 0.81 under the conditions of load of 50 N and speed of 320 r/min;and that it mainly happened abrasive wear under the relatively low speed and light load conditions;and it mainly happened adhesive wear under the relatively heavy load and high speed conditions.
