| 摘 要： | 分析了《消费者权益保护法》中惩罚性赔偿制度的缺陷:适用条件方面存在不足,适用范围方面存在不足,惩罚力度不大,对消费者保护不够。针对缺陷提出了完善惩罚性赔偿制度的几点建议。
