| Abstract: | For the actual dilemma of political participation,the basic paths is proposed to speed up the self-construction and promote the civic and political participation for the service-oriented government in the future,those are establishing the concept of governance,shaping rational political participation in civic,establishing a sound system of political participation,and supporting and guiding the sound development of civil society. |
