基于全寿命周期的输电线路设计

摘    要:传统的输电线路设计仅考虑线路的电气和机械性能,缺乏对经济、环保和再利用等性能的综合评价.从工程项目全寿命周期的角度对输电线路工程设计流程进行分析,采用工程估算法计算输电线路全寿命成本的现值.通过模糊综合评价方法,对输电线路设计中的7项属性进行权重与评价.以慈溪-浒山110kV输电线路工程为例,对导线的选型进行LCC计算分析,结果表明LGJ-300/40钢芯铝绞线方案经济最优.

Abstract:Traditional transmission line design only considered the electrical and mechanical properties, It lacks a comprehensive assessment of the economic, environmental and re-use and other properties. The design process of the transmission line project is analyzed from the perspective of the whole life cycle. The present value of the transmission line's life-cycle cost is calculated with the method of project estimation. Seven attributes in the transmission line design are weighted and evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Taking the project of Cixi-Hushan 110kV transmission line for example, the selection of conductors is calculated and analyzed with LCC management. The results show that the steel cored aluminium stranded conductors of LGJ-300/40 program is the economic optimal.
