电场处理苜蓿种子幼苗期的生物效应与处理时间的关系

摘    要:在一定电场强度下,对苜蓿种子处理不同时间,测定了不同处理时间对种子幼苗期的发芽率、幼苗重量以及含水量的影响,给出了生物效应与处理时间的关系。结果表明:在5~60min处理时间内,不同处理时间对种子各种生物量的影响程度不同。生物量随处理时间增加呈振荡型变化。

Abstract:In an electric field condition,Lucerne Seeds were treated in different time,the biological effect was tested including the effects of electric field on germination percentage,weight of seedling and water content.The relation between the biological effect and treatment time was given.The results shown that in arange of 5 min to 60 min, the different time of treatment has different effect on the seeds.It indicated that the biological indexes of seeds alter in vibration mode with increasing of the treatment time.
