| 摘 要： | 制度建设是当代中国道德建设的突破口，是形成良序社会的前提和关键，但制度本身存在着缺陷性。当代中国道德建设的路径选择应是：制度和德性互相补充，形成合力，各自以自身功能对当代中国道德建设发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Institution construction is the precondition and key of a well--ordered society,which comes to be a breakthrough of moral construction of contemporary China. However, there are limitations in institution itself. There needs a mutual reinforcement of institution and virtue,which may be a sound route of moral construction of contemporary China. |
