黑液体系的配伍性研究

摘    要:
用透光率变化率的经时变化,在准三组分相图全组成范围内研究了黑液体系的配伍性。同时用黑液体系使用性质的经时变化,研究了黑液体系中23配方的配伍性。研究结果表明,在绝大部分组成区域内,黑液体系中的各种成分间是配伍的。黑液体系的使用性质随时间变化,其原因是由黑液体系中各种成分自身性质决定的,且主要是由于黑液的不稳定性造成的。黑液可用稳定剂来稳定。就23配方而言,各种成分间是配伍的。

Abstract:
The compatibility of the black liquor system is studied by observing the variation of transparency variation percentage.The research is done in a scope of full composition of the pseudo ternary diagram.The research shows that all the ingredients in the black liquor system are compatible with each other in most of the composition scope.The compatibility of the black liquor system (by using 2 3 formula as an example) is also studied by observing the variation of the natures of the black liquor system in usage. The natures of the black liquor system varies with the times, which is resulting from the nature of ingredients in the black liquor system, and also caused by the instability of black liquor.Black liquor can be stablized by stabilization agent.As far as the 2 3 formula is concerned,all the ingredients are compatible.
