铜网防护层构型对复合材料层合板雷击烧蚀损伤的影响分析

摘    要:为探究不同构型铜网防护层对于复合材料的雷击防护效果,基于热电耦合方法建立了含铜网防护层的复合材料层合板模型。首先研究了菱形铜网层合板的抗雷击烧蚀效果,并与试验结果进行对比;随后分别对含菱形、圆形及正六边形三种构型铜网防护层的复合材料层合板进行了雷击仿真模拟,分别施加D、A和A+D三种雷电流波形评估了不同雷击分区下的铜网防护效果。研究结果表明:不同几何构型铜网的防护能力有所差异,在2B区域正六边形铜网的防护效果较好,在1A和1B区域菱形铜网的防护效果较好;综合三种电流波形下的平均防护效果,相比未防护层合板,含菱形、圆形及正六边形铜网层合板的雷击损伤分别减少89.1%、81.9%和85.6%。

Abstract:In order to explore the lightning protection effects of different configurations of copper mesh protective layers on composite materials, a composite laminate model containing copper mesh protective layers was established based on thermoelectric coupling method. Firstly, the lightning ablation resistance of diamond copper mesh laminate was studied and compared with the experimental results; Then, the lightning simulation of composite laminates with diamond, circular and hexagonal copper mesh protection layers was carried out. Three lightning current waveforms of D, A and A+ D were applied respectively to evaluate the protection effect of copper mesh under different lightning zones. The results show that the protection ability of copper mesh with different geometric configurations is different. The protection effect of regular hexagonal copper mesh in 2B area is better, and the protection effect of diamond copper mesh in 1B and 1A area is better; Considering the average protection effect under the three current waveforms, compared with the unprotected laminates, the lightning damage of diamond, circular and hexagonal copper mesh laminates is reduced by 89.1%, 81.9% and 85.6% respectively.
