紫藤化学成分和药理活性研究进展

摘    要:紫藤是豆科紫藤属植物,作为观赏植物在我国多地有栽培。在民间,紫藤常常被用于治疗腹水浮肿、关节肿痛、通风、小便不利等病症。前期研究表明紫藤含丰富的化学成分,包括萜类、黄酮类、酚类、生物碱、凝集素类、有机酸等;紫藤的粗提物和单体成分表现出多种药理活性,如抗氧化、降血压、抗癌、抗病毒作用、抑菌作用、凝集作用等,说明紫藤具有重要的药物研究价值。然而,迄今为止有关紫藤化学成分和药理活性研究的工作仍未见综述报道,因此,本文首次对紫藤的化学成分和药理活性的研究进行系统综述,将为更深层次的开发利用紫藤药材资源提供理论依据。

Abstract:Wisteria floribunda is a plant of Wisteria Nutt in Leguminosae. As an ornamental and medicinal plant, W. floribunda has high research value. It has the effects of promoting water and detumescence, stopping diarrhea, detoxification, dispelling wind and dredging collaterals. It is mainly used to treat ascites edema, joint swelling and pain, ventilation, adverse urination and so on. W. floribunda contains a variety of chemical components with novel structure, including terpenoids, phenols, flavonoids, alkaloids, lectins, organic acids and so on. The crude extract has many pharmacological activities, such as antioxidant, antihypertensive, anticancer, antiviral, bacteriostatic, agglutination, pest control and so on. At present, the research progress of this herb has not been reported. In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Wisteria were reviewed in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of Wisteria resources.
