丙烯酸酯共聚物改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)

摘    要:综述了丙烯酸酯改性PVC的研究状况和技术进展,对ACR改性的机理及目前取得的研究成果作了概述,并对ACR改性的发展前景进行了分析.结果表明,丙烯酸酯弹性体改性PVC可取得理想的抗冲性能,而化学接枝增韧改性,特别是悬浮聚合体系接枝聚合目前尚处于试验研究阶段.

Abstract:The development,technological progress, mechanism of modification and the studying achievements of the modification for Poly vinylchloride(PVC)with Acrylate resin(ACR)are reviewed. The development prospects of the modification are analyzed. The results show that the ideal impact resistance properties are given when PVC is modified with acrylate elastomer. The modification by means of graft polymerization, especially in the suspending system,are still at an experimental study stage.
