| Abstract: | Adhering to the socialist education orientation, and by discussing the relationships between general characters of common higher education and individual characters of local universities, between quality and serving the society, between the differences of training schools and undergraduate education, the paper pointed out that the correct ideology for running a university served a key to the success of undergraduate education. |
