摘    要:OPC接口技术是一种能够提供高效信息集成和数据交互功能的工业通信接口标准,在工业网络控制中具有广泛的发展前景.基于工业以太网和现场总线技术的工业网络控制系统中,利用OPC技术实现上位机监控软件与S7-400PLC的通讯,西门子PLC作为OPC服务器,VB作为OPC客户端,使用VB来编写OPC客户端和服务器端程序,达到控制系统中设备之间数据交互和实时监控,实现管控一体化.

Application research of opc technology in industry network control system
Abstract:OPC is a kind of industrial communication interface standard that can provide high-efficient information integration and data interactive function.With this technology,the products of different manufacturers can exchange the data smoothly,and it has a wide development prospect in the industrial control network.With the OPC technology,this system can realize the communication between the PLC S7-400 and the software VB monitoring and controlling the upper computer,based on industrial Ethernet and field bus technology in the industry network control system.Siemens PLC offers OPC server,the software VB is served as OPC Client,both OPC Client and Server are written in VB program.It is achieved the purpose of data exchange and real-time control between different equipments in the control systems,and realized the system managing and control integration.
