| Abstract: | Ever since the Third Session of the 11th Communist Party Committee, our party has ideologically emancipated three times. With the three ideological emancipation movements, the reform of our economic sys tern has been deepened continuously. The ownership theory, as one of the achievements made through the re form, has also experienced three times of innovation. |
