高校“思政课”教师师德建设的特点与规律探析

思想政治理论课（以下简称＂思政课＂）教师师德作为高校师德的一个分支,有别于其他师德规范。教学目的决定其师德建设的突出政治性;教育对象决定其师德建设的鲜明示范性。要提高＂思政课＂教师的师德水平,不仅要加强他律体系的完善,同时又要提高教师的自律水平,必须重视师德建设中他律与自律的统一。
