| Abstract: | Under the circumstances of socialist market economy,students' administrative work must focus on students in studying and reforming existing students' work .This paper makes definite and clear the students' administrative goals and trains of thought.Then it suggests the establishment of scientific and efficient management mechanism to open up a new situation of college students' administrative work in the new era. |
