创新价值与东北老工业基地主导产业振兴

本论文从分析东北老工业基地主导产业的“东北现象“及其与创新价值流动的关系入手,提出在东北老工业基地装备制造业、石化工业、钢铁工业、新材料工业等主导产业中通过产学研合作抢占创新制高点,获得周期流动的创新价值;通过加强以企业为主体的R&D活动,加快创新速度;通过创新一体化获得向产品高端流动的创新价值;通过产业一体化获得向分工和服务端流动的创新价值等消除东北老工业基地主导产业发展中的“东北现象”对策建议。

Creative Value and Vigorous Development of Leading Industry of Old Industrial Base in Northeast China

According to the analysis on "Northeasternphynomenon" of leading industry of Old Industrial Base in Northeast China and the relationship between creative value float and it,this paper put forward the idea of gaining creative value of periodical flow through the cooperation among education,research and industry to race to control a creative commanding point in the fields of leading industries in Old Industrial Base in Northeast China,such as equipment manufacturing industry,petrochemical industry,iron and steel industry,new material industry,etc;to promote the R&D activity composed mainly of enterprise and to quicken enterprising speed;to gain creative value flowing to highly sophisticated products through innovative integration;to obtain the creative value flowing to division of labor and service and to acquire the counter-measure and suggestion to remove "Northeasternphynomenon" of the development of leading industry in Old Industrial Base in Northeast China.
