小于胎龄儿的脐血血清铜,锌,铁,钙,镁的水平

摘    要:通过对小于胎龄儿脐血血清铜、锌、铁,钙镁的检测,发现锌随胎增加而上升;镁随胎龄增加而降低;铜、铁、钙仅在重症小于胎龄儿随胎龄增加而上升。与适于胎龄儿相比较;血清钙高于适于胎龄儿,铜、镁仅在重站小于胎龄儿高于适于胎龄儿;血清锌、铁与适于胎龄儿差别无显性。

Abstract:Cord serum levels of copper, szinc , iron, calcium and magnesium in small for gestational age (SGA) newborns of 34 to 42 weeks of gestational were determined . Zinc level increase, magnesium level decreased, but copper, iron and calcuim levels increased only in severe SGA as gestation advance. In comparison with the cord serum levels of the five elements in the appropriate for gestational age (AGA) infants, calcium level was higher in SGA infant, but copper and magnesium levels were higher only in severe SGA infants, and zinc and iron levels had no significant difference , The above results warn us that one must be careful when he accide to supplement the SGA neonate with these above--mentioned five elements.
