单端反激式高频高压开关稳压电源

摘    要:结合一实际课题,对单端反激式高频高压开关电源进行了系统的设计和实验性研究。针对高压输出情况下功率管的耐压问题,提出了在功率变换级采用双管串联反激组态电路解决管子耐压这一有效措施;文中给出了主电路,尤其是主电路变压器的详细设计步骤,并给出实际的元器件参数;成功研制出一台输入220V,输出2000V/3mA的样机。样机实验证明了分析和设计的正确性。

Abstract:Based on the research of a practical project of high frequency high voltage switching power supplies,the system design and experimental investigation of a single end flyback high frequency high voltage switching power supply are presented. In order to solve the problem of durable voltage of power MOSFETs that are used in the single end flyback high voltage switching power supply,an effective approach that adopts dual MOSFETs in series connected is proposed.The procedure of the designing and the parameter of each device is given in detail.A prototype of 220 Volt input and 2000V/3mA output is developed, and the validity of the scheme is demonstrated by the experiment.
