| 摘 要： | 基于宁波市五所高校的问卷调查，文章对宁波市大学生礼仪素养现状进行了深入地分析，指出其存在的问题产生的及其主要根源，并从礼仪教育、加强校园文化、提高礼仪修养等方面提出了改善大学生礼仪素养水平的相关对策与措施。
