| 摘 要： | 目的:研究花生壳提取物对大鼠在体肠的吸收情况.方法:运用单向灌流模型并采用HPLC法测定花生壳提取物中主要有效成分木犀草素在灌流液中的浓度.结果:花生壳提取物大鼠肠吸收优于木犀草素单体,两者的肠腔有效吸收系数(Peff)和吸收速率常数(ka)有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:花生壳提取物中的其他成分对木犀草素的吸收有促进作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the absorption of peanut hull extract in intestines of rats.Methods: In situ single pass perfusion model was used and the concentrations of luteolin,effective component from peanut hull in perfusate,were detected by HPLC.Results: The intestinal absorption of luteolin from peanut hull extract was better than that of pure luteolin,the effective permeability(Peff)and absorption rate constant(ka) of pure luteolin showed significant difference(P<0.05)with peanut hull extract.Conclusion: The other components in peanut hull extract can promote the absorption of luteolin. |
