Study on the Delay Uncertainty of Communication Network of Digital Substation

Many factors influence the communication network of digital substation, and there are still some disputes on the problem of delay uncertainty of network communication of digital substation. This paper makes the quantitative study on the problem of delay uncertainty of network communication of digital substation based on analyzing several factors influencing the time delay of network communication of digital substation and by using the analytical approach based on network simulatione.
