| Abstract: | Through analyzing the influence of the different demands of the three aspects of the unbalance of the social security among regions and enterprises and the sex on the employment of the university students,this paper reveals the weak links existing in the auxiliary policies on the employment of the university students,and the social security level has obvious influence on the employment of the university students. |
