基于创新SWOT矩阵模型的民营高科技生物企业技术竞争战略——上海某生物医药公司个案研究

传统的SWOT分析比较依赖于分析者主观的认识,故常流于形式而缺乏真正的实用价值。采用创新SWOT分析模型,从客观的角度来计估上海某生物医药企业的技术竞争力。同时,将分析的结果与该企业未来的技术发展战略目标加以比较,以考察技术发展战略目标的合理性与实用性。最后,对技术竞争战略、营销战略和生产战略提出针对性建议。

Technology Competitive Strategy of Non-state-owned High-tech Bio-medical Enterprise Based on Innovative SWOT Matrix Model

The rapid development of high-tech industry leads to the severe intra-competition.Facing this,strategy analysis and strategy planning has been the focus of the enterprise.Because the conventional SWOT model relied on the subjective knowledge which lack of the practical value for its staying in the face.This paper adopted innovative SWOT model to objectively evaluated the technology competitive advantage of one bio-medical company in Shanghai.At the same time,it compares the analysis result with the technology development strategy object to review the reasonability and practicability.Finally,it put forward the aiming suggestions to its technology competition strategy,marketing strategy and manufacture strategy.
