| 摘 要： | 染色体分带技术用于植物物种生物学的研究在我国尚属开创阶段、本文在简要介绍植物染色体荧光分带，Ｇｉｅｍｓａ分带及银染色技术的基础上，重点综述了上述技术在植物多倍体起源、种下变异和物种分化以及物种地理分布等方面研究中的应用现状。

| Abstract: | The application of banding techniques of chromosomes in plant biosystematics is still at its begining stage in China.Following the introduction of the techniques of Fluorescent banding,Giemsa banding and Sitver staining we mainty described their application in plant science in the origin of polyploid,subspecies variation,species differentiation and geographic distribution. |
