| Abstract: | This paper expounds the target of all-round construction of affluent society in China and the differences between the affluence level that has been achieved at present in China and the standard of all-round construction of affluent society that was put forward by 16th National Congress of the Party, discusses on the important position of all-round construction of affluent society in realizing the third step strategical target of our country's modernization construction, and puts forward some concrete plans of raising the construction of Shanxi's affluent society to a new level. |
