基于Fuzzy—QFD的物流服务供应商选择方法研究

为克服第三方物流服务供应商选择过程中的不确定性，充分考虑客户对于物流服务的感受，提出模糊理论和质量功能展开相结合（Fuzzy-QFD）的第三方物流服务供应商选择方法．构建二维视角指标体系，描述物流服务质量内容和物流能力属性．在质量屋（HOQ）各模块内赋予运算法则，将客户所需要的物流服务内容融合到选择合适的供应商物流服务能力中，实现需求转换．运用该选择方法，有利于企业能够科学地选择满足客户需求、高效完成物流作业的第三方物流服务供应商．最后通过算例，说明该方法的科学性．

Choosing on 3PL service providers based on Fuzzy-QFD

In order to overcome the uncertainty during the process of choosing the third-party logistics service provid- er and consider the feelings of customers for logistics service fully, a new method is provided based on Fuzzy theory and QFD during the process of choosing the third-party logistics service provider. Constructing a two-dimensional view of index system is to describe logistics service quality and logistics capacity. Designing a variety of algorithms in each module of HOQ, logistics service contents customers need are integrated into logistics capacity of choosing suitable logistics service provider to realize the conversion of requirements. Using the method is helpful to choose the third-party logistics service provider satisfied with customer needs and to finish logistics operation effectively. Final- ly, the feasibility of the method is demonstrated by an example.
