摘    要:本文介绍了应用高灵敏度云纹干涉法测定循环载荷下有限宽度带孔受拉板的孔边弹塑性应变场。运用本文方法可以实时地观察到清晰的云纹干涉图──全场位移分量图。并用错位干涉术获得全场应变分量。与电测法相结合又能灵敏地检测到裂纹的萌生和早期扩展。测试结果表明,在最小横截面上的弹塑性应变分布与电测法所得结果相符。

Abstract:In this paper, high sensitivity moire interferometry was applied to the measurement of elasto-plastic strain field of a finite wide aluminium alloy plate specimen in the vicinity of the hele centred under cyclic lading conditions. The method can be used for real time observation of clear moire interference fringe patterns which represent a full field displacement components. A full field strain component patterns can be obtained by shearing interferometry. With the combination of the method and the use of strain gages, the initiation and early propagation of fatigue crack at notch root can be also detected. The measurement shows that the elasto-plastic strain distribution at the smallest cross section is identical to that obtained by strain gage method.
