无罩线形聚能装药近场爆炸载荷分析

摘    要:为研究装药半楔角度对无罩线形聚能装药近场爆炸载荷的影响,利用Autodyn有限元分析软件的二维多物质欧拉算法对不同半楔角(40°、50°、60°、65°和80°等)的线形聚能结构爆炸后冲击波的产生和传播过程进行了数值模拟。分析了冲击波的形成过程,得到了各装药爆炸后的近场不同位置(距离爆炸中心15、20、25和30 m等)处冲击波超压及比冲量值,研究了半楔角和位置对爆炸载荷的影响。研究表明,无罩线形聚能装药结构的最优半楔角为65°左右,且距装药开口方向约2 m处爆炸冲击波的综合作用能力最强。

Abstract:To study the influence of half wedge angle on the explosive blast load for non coverd linear shaped charge,numerical simulations of the explosive balst forming and transmission of different non coverd shaped charge structures (the halfwedge angle are 40,50,60,65,80°,etc) were carried out using the 2 D multi material Euler method in Autodyn software.The forming process of the explosive blast was analyzed, and the overpressure and impulse value at different positions (15,20,25,30 m away from the detonation point) were obtained in the near field of the blast flow field. The impact of half wedge angle and position on the explosive blast load was presented. The study indicates that the best half wedge angle of non coverd shaped charge is 65°,and the explosive blast is most powerful at the position 2 m away from the detonation point.
