| 摘 要： | 2009年12月17日《广州市妇女权益保障规定》指出,夫妻一方可凭有效证件到相关机构申请查询另一方财产,此规定引起广泛争议。产生争议的根本原因在于该规定没有区分可查询财产的性质是属于夫妻共同财产还是属于个人财产。建立夫妻共同财产知情权制度有其必要性和可行性,应由全国人大出台法律规范规定夫妻共同财产知情权的行使主体为拥有合法夫妻关系的双方、客体为夫妻共同财产,并为财产查询制定科学合理的程序。
