| Abstract: | An engineering application of programmable logic controller (PLC) in clean room air-conditioning automation control system is presenten in the paper. The design, construction, and operation of the system are introduced in detail. Some problems encountered and some corresponding solutions are brought forward. The future prospect of such applications is then analyed. |
