陶瓷CBN砂轮的修形及磨削性能

摘    要:研究西洋太砂轮修整器对CBN砂轮的修形原理,及修形后砂轮磨削特殊网的加工特性。分析实验结果得出:磨削高速钢时砂轮磨粒磨损和切悄付着,磨削软钢时砂轮表面的切屑熔着是影响CBN砂轮寿命的主要原因。

Abstract:This paper describes the dressing principle and its grinding characteristics of vitrified bonded CBN wheels trued by cup truer.Analyzing experiment data of grinding workpiece,the influence factor on wear of CBN wheel has been obtained,which wear of CBN abrasives and chippings adhered is the main resons in grinding hard steel,and surface abrasives melted is the major factors in grinding soft steel.
