摘    要:运用三维测量技术对汽车复杂零件进行实物采样,获取空间三维实物点坐标,采用双B样条函数进行曲面拟合,在计算机中生成三维数学模型,用几何光顺法检测曲面模型重建的精度,并给予光顺修正。在三坐标测量机与计算机之间联网并编写数据转换软件,实现三坐标测量的点阵数据能方便地被UG软件读取。测量技术与计算机技术相结合使三维实物的计算机数学建模有了新的跃进,加速了引进产品的国产化与创新进程

Abstract:This article describes the process of making samples of real object for complex automobile parts by use of 3 dimensional measuring technology.The coordinate data from real object are obtained,and twin B spline function is used to model the curved surface to achieve the 3 D mathematical model. The precision of reconstructed curved surface is detected by using the way of geometric smoothness and the revision of smoothness is made .Software for data conversion between 3 D measuring machine and computer is programmed in order that the data measured can be read by UG software conveniently.The integration of measure technology and computer technology bings about an advance in mathematical modedling with computer for real object and speeds up the localization with originality process of imported products.
