摘    要:液压成形是依靠高压液体使金属坯料贴模成形的柔性加工工艺,具有成形产品质量轻、刚度好、形状及尺寸精度高、模具简单和生产周期短等诸多优点.在浅拉延大尺寸覆盖件液压成形过程中,如何设计加载路径,是液压成形技术的一个重要课题.文章采用数值模拟,对轿车顶盖的液压成形加载路径进行设计,同时对比分析了传统拉延与液压成形的成形性,结果表明液压成形汽车外覆盖件具有明显优势.

Abstract:Hydroforming is a flexible processing technique using hydraulic pressure as the forming media Hydroformed products can reduce weight, cost and improve structural strength and rigidity. During the process of hydroforming, how to deal with the loading path has become a significant issue in this field of research. Using finite element method, this paper designs the loading path of car roof and contrasts the different forming results with drawing and hydroforming, which shows that hydro-forming is better than drawing in forming automobile panels.
