| 摘 要： | 1934年，德国为获取钨锑等战略原料而向陈济棠提供军事援助的克兰广东计划出笼。蒋介石对于这项绕过南京中央政府干涉中国内政的计划当然不满，不过，顾及到各方面的因素，其态度有所变化，但条件成熟后还是坚决迫使该计划中断。

| Abstract: | In order to attain more strategic materials such as tungsten for Germany' s rearmament, Klein negotiated a contract with Chan Chi-t' ang, governor of Guangdong, to develop Chan' s war industry. Chiang Kai-sheck ' s attitudes to this project were changeable for various reasons. But at last,Chiang forced the project to stop. |
