摘    要:用拉格朗日松弛法解电力系统发电调度问题时,针对对偶解的不可行问题,提供了一种重新寻径的系统方法,利用解一般火电机组子问题时产生的中间结果,重新选择动态规划的路径,以调整机组的启停序列,然后对发电功率进行经济分配,并得到了可行解。对10个机组组成的系统进行测试,表明这种方法的效率高,可以得到高质量的可行解,而且简单易行,避免了原启发式方法需考虑的多种复杂情况3。

Abstract:Dual solution obtained from the hydrothermal generation scheduling with Lagrangia relaxation method is generally infeasible. Instead, the cost to go information generated by dynamic programming can provide feasible schedules. Based on the opportunity cost of changing an off state to an on state, the commitment statuses of some units are changed to meet the feasibility requirements at minimum cost. Economic dispatch is then performed to adjust the generation levels to obtain a feasible schedule. Numerical test for a 10 unit system shows that this method is effective and efficient.High quality feasible schedules are obtained with small duality gaps.
